Each stop offers a feast of flavors, curated by our team of master chefs, headed by our Executive Chef Roziro and Chef Dammika. With over 70 dishes crafted to perfection from salads, starters, main course and desserts, you will experience the diverse culinary traditions that make Sri Lanka a gastronomic treasure.
Your journey starts with refreshing salads like grilled pears with cashews, and traditional mallums such as passion fruit dalu mallum and tibbatu mallum to name a few. Indulge in mains that showcase the distinct tastes of each city—think Colombo’s spicy beef bistek, intense flavorful mutton black pepper curry and the succulent prawns. Galle brings the aromatic garlic and mushroom curry and the tangy fish ambulthiyal. In Jaffna, experience the bold and fiery crab curry with murunga leaves and the crispy, spicy delight of cuttlefish baduma. Anuradhapura showcases the robust and earthy venison black curry alongside the vibrant kakiri mustard curry. Finally from Kandy, indulge in the deep smoky flavors of chicken kalupol maluwa along with the creamy and rich cashew nut curry. Don’t miss out on desserts like the Aluwa and Watalappan, a sweet end to your culinary voyage.
Ruzaina Hadgie, the vibrant ambassador of Sri Lankan cuisine, brings the rich culinary traditions of her Malay heritage. Indulge in the aromatic delights of beef rendang satay, fiery fried beef sambol, and the comforting warmth of beef trotters soup. Savor the traditional pittu, the creamy sweetness of sago pudding, and the legendary Watalappan.
From Sri Lanka Chef Thushara, will be representing the north-eastern segment of the island featuring her signature dishes – mutton paal poriyal and the spectacular paraw red fish curry.
Chronicles of Ceylon 2.0 will also host a pop-up by Cotton Collection at t-Lounge by Dilmah from November 21st to 24th. Cotton Collection is known for its bohemian-inspired, free-spirited designs, offering unique and comfortable styles.
